Dear patients and families:
We are happy to inform you that we are administering the recently approved Pfizer mRNA vaccine for 5-11 year old children at our office! Please call the front desk to make an appointment.
Also, we have the highly accurate SARS COV-2 NAAT tests which yield results within a few minutes while you are still at the office!
We are caring for both well and sick patients at the office. We are also available through Telemedicine for sick visits and consults.
We continue to be vigilant about our patients, families and staff safety and are maintaining precautions against COVID-19. While confirming your appointment and upon arrival you will be asked COVID-19 screening questions. Appropriate face covering for ages 4 and above is required to enter the office. We are trying to maintain social distancing within the office and are separating our well patients from the sick.
PLEASE FOLLOW CURRENT CDC GUIDELINES FOR ISOLATION AND QUARANTINE.
- If you have tested positive for COVID 19, irrespective of vaccination status, please self isolate at home for at least 10 days and monitor yourself for 14 days. You should be symptom free prior to coming to the office. If you are feeling unwell during isolation seek medical care urgently.
- If you have been exposed to someone with COVID, please follow quarantine guidelines. If you are vaccinated you do not have to quarantine but if not, please quarantine for 10 days. If you get a test and its negative, your recommended quarantine period is 7 days.
